Time period You can request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. 2. Excluded products For the sake of public health and product sensitivity, returns or exchanges do not include (Oud oil) products, except in case of a manufacturing defect. 3. Cases of damage or error in the order In case the product arrives damaged or different from what was ordered, we commit to compensating the customer directly through: - Replacing the product with another sound product. - Or returning the product and refunding the full amount to the customer. 4.
